Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges depend on your location. Kathmandu Valley deliveries may have a small delivery fee. For exact charges, please check at checkout or contact us via WhatsApp.

How long will delivery take?

We offer same-day delivery within Kathmandu Valley for orders placed before 4 PM Nepal time. For other cities like Biratnagar, Dharan, Itahari, and Pokhara, delivery takes 1–3 business days.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation call or SMS from our team. We then prepare your gift and dispatch it for delivery on your selected date and time.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an order summary is sent to your registered contact after purchase. For a formal invoice, please contact us directly via WhatsApp or email.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Payment is processed immediately at the time of checkout. We accept eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (available in select areas).

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 9705656355 with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order may already be in preparation. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or call for assistance.
