1. Delivery Policy
Service Areas
We currently deliver across:
Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur)
Selected cities and districts outside the valley (subject to availability)
Delivery Timelines
Same-Day Delivery: Available within Kathmandu Valley for orders placed before 12:00 PM NPT
Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days within the valley, and up to 3–7 business days outside the valley
Peak Seasons: During festivals and holidays, delivery times may be extended due to high demand
Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Sunday to Friday.
Shipping Charges
Delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery location and product category.
Any applicable delivery fees will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive order updates via SMS, email, or WhatsApp after order confirmation. Tracking support is available through our customer service team.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:
We will attempt to contact the sender or recipient.
In some cases, redelivery or pickup may be arranged (additional charges may apply).
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We strive to ensure that every order is delivered perfectly. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
A return or replacement may be requested if:
The item received is damaged or broken
The item is different from what was ordered
Items are missing from the package
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged:
Perishable items (e.g., cakes, flowers, chocolates)
Customized or personalized products
Items returned after 24 hours of delivery
Return Request Procedure
Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery
Proof of issue (photo/video) must be submitted for verification
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
Resolution Options
Once the return is approved, customers can choose:
A replacement of the same or similar product
A refund or store credit, as applicable
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
To cancel, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Custom, personalized, or same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
