CASH ON DELIVERY

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Kathmandu Valley only. For areas outside the valley, we currently offer online payment options.

This helps us ensure faster, safer, and more reliable deliveries across Nepal. We appreciate your understanding and support.

FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

If you order a customized gift, we kindly ask you to pay in advance. Since the gift is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges after delivery.

Demand for additional gifts and products which  we are not keeping

For things that we don’t usually have but you’d like to request, we’ll try our best to find them in the market. This may take some extra time. If we find it, we’ll let you know and kindly ask for prepayment, as we need to buy it at retail price just for you.

100% Return Policy

If you're not happy with your product, we offer a full refund.

Return condition:

• You pay one extra delivery charge when returning.

• The product must be in good condition.

• Refund is made via Esewa, Khalti, or mobile banking.

📝 Example:
If your order was Rs. 2,000 + Rs. 100 (delivery), and you return it, we will refund Rs. 1,800.

Refund process:
After we confirm the returned item is okay, we’ll send the refund.

Normal or Bulk Order Policy

We don’t take bulk orders directly from the website. If you want to place a bulk order, please contact us first. Our stock is mainly for regular (retail) customers, and we may have limited quantities.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Nepali Time). We can also deliver at a specific time within this window, as per your requirements. Additionally, we offer deliveries outside these hours based on availability, urgency, and customer requests.

Please note that extra charges will apply for urgent deliveries and urgent customizations.

Delivery Charges

Inside Kathmandu Valley

• Standard (Same day delivery): Rs. 90

• Urgent Fast/Specific Delivery (within 2.5 hours, Kathmandu only): Rs. 180

Outside Kathmandu Valley

• Delivery in 3–4 days: Rs. 140

Increasement of delivery charge

Please note that for deliveries outside the Kathmandu Valley, there may be an increase in delivery charges if the location is far or difficult to reach. We will inform you of the updated charges before processing your order.

The extra delivery charge will not apply to the nearest districts around Kathmandu Valley and some Tarai districts. We will inform you if there are any changes before processing your order.

⏰ Orders between 6 PM – 10 AM (Nepali Time):
These are delivered after 10 AM the next day, usually before 5 PM.

Normal and Urgent Order Delivery Policy

If a customer places an order after 4:00 PM, the normal delivery will be scheduled for the next day. However, if the customer requires urgent delivery, we can deliver the item the same day, but please note that this will be charged as urgent delivery.
